As many of you know we have added some new plants to our backyard this Spring and I was watering them most mornings which I really enjoyed until about 2 weeks ago when it really started to warm up. For Mother's Day Stephen asked what I wanted and I half jokingly replied, a drip system for the plants would be nice. Well my awesome husband got up nice and early Saturday morning purchased the supplies, dug a trench, laid the drip line and all of the bubblers. About 4:30 he finished the job and then came the great test, Stephen flipped the switch and all of the bubblers bubbled!
I am so proud of my husband who has learned so much since we have gotten married in regards to home repair and maintenance. In the past few months he has replaced our garage door opener, observed and learned from a friend how to replace front brakes and rotors, dethatched and replanted grass, planted trees and shrubs and of course now he knows how to install a drip line.
