Hard at Play

I just had to share a few random pictures of Malia playing. It is mind boggling how quickly they absorb everything going on around them and start acting that out. As you can see she likes to pretend to get water like Mom and Dad from the refrigerator, she also started shouting "noonoo" every time a dog barks...which I believe she learned from Nana and Papa who tell Jake "no" when he barks for dinner. A little background for the last picture, I have heard many stories of Stephen working into the wee hours of the night on his latest Lego creations some of which filled up his room as a kid, he loved/loves Legos! The last picture was the long awaited day for Stephen to make Lego creations with his girl, I knew what a mess Legos would be and was in no hurry to bring them out but I knew Malia was old enough to appreciate them so here we are. The play room is full of Lego land mines, but on a more positive note Malia is at the stage where she loves to help and be industrious so before bedtime she happily helps pick them all up.
