I was doing laundry last week when I walked by Malia's room and she was flipping through this book, I ran for the camera and to my surprise she was still "reading" when I returned. It was so exciting to see her exploring a book for some other purpose than teething.

YEAAAY! How fun! Do you read to her regularly? I keep trying to make it part of our bedtime routine, but Sam's not patient enough yet, i think (meaning: TANTRUMS ensue when i try it). So I'm wondering when it is normal to start. All the baby books and stuff say around 6 months. So what's your take on it?
